 Sift flour
 Add Lemonade
 Mix
 Pat out
 Cut out Scones
 Put on tray
 Roll leftover dough
 Put on tray

Lemonade Scones
4 cups self raising flour
300ml cream    
1 x 375 can of lemonade
1.  Preheat oven to
200 c.     Combine lemonade and cream (do
not allow to stand or lemonade will go flat).   
Pour into sifted flour, stir with a knife.
2.  Knead gently on a floured board, Cut into
scones, glaze with milk.  Place on scone
trays lined with baking paper.   Bake for
12 minutes or till browned.   Turn them
onto a cooler and cover with a tea towel. 
Cover till cool.
