- 2kg Tomatoes Green
- 1kg Onions
- 750ml Vinegar
- 1kg Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Curry
- 1 dessertspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- 1/4 cup Salt
1. Cut
tomato and onion.
2. Cover
with warm water and salt.
3. Leave overnight. Next morning cook 1/2 hour then strain.
4. Then Add sugar and vinegar and cook again then thicken with the remaining
ingredients.
5. Put
into warm jars and seal.
