Ingredients
250g cream cheese
1 tin condensed milk
2 teaspoons gelatine
2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup lemon juice
1 egg
- Beat cream cheese with 1 tin condensed milk
- Dissolve gelatine in water add to cream cheese with vanilla essence, lemon juice and egg beat together.
- Place in a piecrust and bake for 5 - 10 minutes until just set. Chill.
