Chocolate Chip Biscuits

Serves 100
Ready in 45 minutes
Oven 180c


500g butter
400g condensed milk
1 1/4 cups caster sugar
5 cups self raising flour
2 cups of choc chip bits ( can be any or a combination such as milk, dark and white)


In a large bowl cream butter, sugar and condensed milk until light and creamy in texture.

Add the other ingredients and combine, roll tablespoon of the mixture into balls and flatten slightly.  Place on tray leaving room for spreading.  Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until light golden in colour.  Allow to stand for 5 minutes on tray, then place on wire rack until cool.
