Mango Weis Bar


Mango
Mango cut up
Blended Mango being mixed into cream
Cream and Mango into tin
Remaining Mango Syrup over top of frozen cream and mango


MANGO WEIS BAR


Boil 1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups of water for 5 minutes
Pulp - 450g Mango Flesh (2 Large Mango’s)
Pour syrup over Mango and mix 2 teaspoons lemon and blend.
Mix 2 cups Mango Mixture with 300 mls cream

Pour mango mixture into loaf tin and freeze.  When frozen pour over remaining syrup.
